Policy

No swaps · no same-night double presentations

Read this first

This is a preference round, not first-come.

You will rank your top four choices for Round 1 and Round 2 separately, and mark any Thursdays when you cannot present.

The allocator may assign an unranked reading if needed to satisfy schedule constraints. Blackout dates are binding.

If two students match on all other criteria, the timestamp of the current submission breaks the tie. Revising later can lower your priority.

The form hard-closes Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:59 pm Mountain. If you do not submit by then, the system will auto-select readings and you are bound to them.

Mark dates when you genuinely cannot present. Reading Week and SoF presentation night are not listed.
